Central Communication Clinic provides specialist support for children, young people and adults with communication, language and neurodevelopmental differences. We help individuals understand their strengths, overcome challenges and develop the skills and strategies they need to thrive in everyday life, education and work.
Our HCPC-registered clinicians provide specialist speech and language therapy and assessment across Stirling, Central Scotland, and remotely, with additional specialism in neurodiversity.
Appointments are available in clinic, at home, or online.

We assess and support children, young people, and adults who may:
Find it hard to make themselves understood (speech sound difficulties)
Struggle to understand instructions or questions (language delay or developmental language disorder)
Have difficulties following conversations or keeping up in class (attention or language processing difficulties)
Experience social communication differences (including autism)
Struggle with voice use or clarity (voice disorders)
Have difficulties expressing thoughts and ideas clearly
We provide assessment and intervention for a range of needs, including:
Speech sound difficulties
Language delay and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)
Neurodiversity-affirming assessment and support including autism, DLD, ADHD and related profiles
Voice disorders
Cognitive communication difficulties (thinking, memory, organisation of language)
Our support is tailored to each individual’s needs, whether in childhood, adolescence, or adulthood.
