Chantelle is a HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience.
From 2007, she worked as a specialist autism advisor within a multidisciplinary NHS team before moving into full-time private practice in 2022. She has extensive experience supporting children and adults across clinics, schools, and universities with a wide range of speech, language, and communication differences and difficulties.
Her clinical interests include the assessment and support of autistic children and adults, and has a particular focus on the co-occurrence of Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and ADHD. She is also a DLD Ambassador.
Alongside her neurodevelopmental work, Chantelle supports adults with a range of communication and neurodiversity-related needs, including support with workplace communication and reasonable adjustments, communication differences associated with autism and ADHD, social communication differences, executive functioning and organisation of language, and difficulties with communication in academic or professional settings.
Ros worked as a paediatric Speech and Language Therapist for nearly ten years in the NHS.
She worked in nurseries, schools, clinics and homes supporting children and their families with a wide range of communication difficulties/difference.
Since leaving the NHS Ros has had varied personal experience accessing developmental support for one of her children.
She recently completed further study in understanding Infant Mental Health and Development and offers the Early Connections Programme of support.
Catherine graduated from Strathclyde University in 2007; she currently works as a Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead within the NHS supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and has recently moved into private practice.
Catherine has extensive experience of supporting the communication needs of young people and adults with Learning Disability, autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions in a variety of different settings.
Catherine is passionate about advocating for people who need extra support with their communication. She has a special interest in skilling up and educating family members, carers and other professionals to help them understand more about their role in supporting the person to reach their communication potential
